What do mentors do?
As a mentor, you'll engage in one-on-one mentoring, goal-setting, check-ins, life-skills activities, and educational support. You'll participate in character-building discussions, community events, workshops, and positive recreational outings. Your efforts directly help youth build confidence, improve communication, make healthy choices, develop leadership skills, and navigate challenges in school and life.
